Detailed narrative description of project:

The main objectives of the project are given below:

  • Prepare plan of action on prevention of non-Communicable Diseases (Cardio Vascular Diseases, Hypertension and Diabetes) and change health habit adapting 3D concept for the promotion of health.

  • Develop target specific health messages and HE materials on the prevention of non-Communicable Diseases (NCD).

  • Field test on health educational printed materials.

  • Conduct Seminar/Advocacy meeting in order to increase health awareness about prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases (on the priority issues) among the general people and vulnerable groups.

  • To raising the awareness billboards were displayed at project areas describing details of project activities.

  • Prepared audio-visual documentary under the project at different intervention.

  • Carryout media planning, campaign and advocacy activities.

  • Arranged folk/outdoor folk-based song and drama programme for implementation of the project.

  • Organize training, workshop, seminar and campaign program. Prepared report including feedback and impact measurement of the project

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by your Staff:

The technical staff members of SBSS provided training to the field staff and identified the group beneficiaries to engage them in implementation of the program. SBSS is also responsible for field supervision, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and other program related activities, preparation and submission of final report.
