Capacity Building

SBSS earned expertise on income skill development through livelihood improvement and vocational training, asset transfer and employment creation for the remote rural women and men like char and haor areas. SBSS has the necessary experiences as well as training facilities, related resource persons, tools and technics to organize and conduct the training and after training, service to improve the livelihood of the rural people as well as vocational training and employment creation. SBSS has been implemented several livelihood improvements and vocational training and employment creation related projects and programs in collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh.
