Impart training to selected women for cultivation of high value vegetables such as black tomato, coli flower, beans etc. which grows throughout the year. Working with different stakeholders such as civil society organization for improvement of economic condition of women. Base line survey to determine number and level of the target group, group formation, selection of beneficiaries and stakeholders, community mobilization and advocacy, Provide orientation and awareness raising sessions, select group leaders through election, Monitoring, supervision, evaluation, follow-up and reporting activities. Conduct training on marketing of their vegetable’s products in local market and to take the advantages of business development in the earmarked corner for the women in the market. Conduct training on agricultural product marketing strategies and business management skills. Conduct training on simple calculation of profit and loss in producing and selling of their products.
